Geavana and Tiffany are the absolute best. My husband and I bought a house in the middle of this crazy market and, believe it or not, we found a home within a month after selling our home. We heard that this market was extremely competitive and that we might be looking for a while. Gea and Tiffany made sure that we were in a position to make competitive offers and were very creative in the ways to make that happen. I really appreciated the knowledge that they shared when assuring us that these offers would stand out AND the best part is their honesty. Gea was patient with us during the searching process and ALWAYS communicated updates, even if other realtors wouldn't get back to her. I loved that she would send us houses that tailored to our specific criteria and she would provide reasons as to why she sent those houses. The whole experience felt very personal and professional. If you trust these ladies 100%, they will lead you to your perfect home. We also used Tyler, Deanna and Gene Avakian from Bay Equity as our Loan Officers. They were so great and work extremely well with Tiff and Gea. I highly recommend this team of professionals. You will be very happy to have them on your side.
