I cant say enough good things about James Hill and his approach to the Real Estate business. My wife and I recently purchased a 2nd home for investment purposes outside of California and, based on James advice, we chose to go with a local realtor to represent us. Despite not having any financial interest in our pursuit of this investment, James spent significant time educating me on all of the important details to evaluate when purchasing a second home especially one outside of California. To say, his knowledge of residential real estate is impressive is master piece of understatement. My next investment will be in the greater Sacramento area and I wouldnt consider using anyone other than James because aside from demonstrating a high level of competence in this industry, I know he cares about his clients. That is something you simply cant put a price on!
