McDonald’s

Straight forward!

Walked in with my family for dinner and noticed how small the dining area was. No one else was inside besides two employees talking to each other at the counter. Every single table had leftover food and or trash still on them. One table had a mess of ketchup and fries on the floor. While I was ordering at the kiosk, my wife came up and said there wasn't one clean table for us to sit at. I looked around, and just decided we should leave. These franchise owners are just determined to make McDonald's a strictly drive thru experience and don't want people to dine there. This location is new, and it's already on my list of places to avoid.

This McDonald's is not really built to dine in and the customer service I received tonight was terrible. McDonald's a lot of them now are building that obtrusive wall that goes around the side of the registers where you can't see anyone and no one can see you when you're standing there. This McDonald's is unfortunately a let down

Man is this McDonalds the worst in Lodi. Customer service is so bad. No one is at the register and when you try to find someone to help you they all avoid eye contact. No napkins or pretty much anything else out on the counters so you have to ask staff for these things. This place is definitely not for dine in. Doesnt help When no one is there or willing to help you. We will Not be returning. Terrible experience
