Several weeks ago, we were returning from Southern California to Washington state when we developed a hydraulic leak. We had the good fortune to stop at Discover RV in Lodi, CA. Rafael, the service manager, looked in the hydraulic area and found the leak. Since it was almost 5:00 p.m., he asked us to return the next day at 8:00 a.m..
We did and by 9:00, they had removed the broken line and located a shop in nearby Stockton who could make a replacement. I took the line to the hydraulic shop, and had a replacement in less than 2 hours. I returned the line, it was reinstalled and fluid was topped off. We were on our way shortly after lunch! Kudos to Rafael, mechanic Mark and Western Radiator/Western Tubes and Hoses in Stockton.

I couldnt be more pleased with the Service I received from Service Manager Rafael at Discovery RV. In all my dealings with RV or car dealers maintenance departments, I found him to be the friendliest, most professional and most helpful employee I have ever dealt with. He provided in detail the steps required for the repair, gave me an estimate of the repair, stayed open after business hours for me to pick up my trailer, and the repair came in under the estimated cost. He even had a ladder prepared next to my trailer so I could personally view the work they did on the roof. Rafael was very thorough and went above and beyond my expectations. After suck a positive repair experience, I will first go to Discovery RV in the event Im in the market for a new RV. Thank you Rafael, job well done.
