I have been here twice now and it's be a great experience each time I had gotten ready to go to work and noticed that I had a flat tire! Being that there wasn't anything reasonable around I decided to go back to Cherokee tire an wheel again! This time I did not have the time to call and set up an appointment so after throwing on spare real quick and heading down there to get everything fixed I had some trouble on the freeway being that the east turner exit is currently under construction in more than a few places. I was nervous thinking that it might be closed but my map rerouted and had to get off a block further down the freeway. I finally got there and to my surprise they were open and operating as usual! The owner was just as great as the first time when I had pulled in and had seemingly remembered me and my vehicle and that really made me feel comfortable and that I was in the right place! After inspection of the tire I was informed that it was just the air nozzle that had torn and that my tire could still be used and that was great to hear as well! So after a quick fix and then jacking up the car and installing the tire for me I was on my way with a reasonably minimal cost and a operational tire again! I will most definitely be going back here to Cherokee tire and wheel with whatever my next tire or wheel needs may be! Worth the time worth the price! And just a foot note they are open and operating just as usual despite the construction that's happening down the street so give him a call if you are requiring tire service and let's support our local businesses that are available and following industry standards as well as setting the bar for great service!

My husband came here for all four tires less than a month ago. We didnt notice he gave us a bad tires until today while another shop was fixing up his truck. He called and ask for him to replace or at least give some credit since he gave him a bad tire he said no because we already drove off with it.. He also said he couldnt give a receipt, because his machine wasnt working.. horrible service, he cant own up to giving a bad tire, or at least try to fix it. DONT COME HERE, especially if you are not given proof of payment (other than ur bank statement), or any warranty ! Looks like a big snake bubble on the tread. Super dangerous, ready to pop Update: when I just went to get new tires he said theres another really bad one thats crack all around also. Messed up to rip people off for one. But to put someone in danger on the road is way worse. Smh this business needs to be shutdown
