Hi Louis, I don’t come to your front door and just open it up wide and walk on in just because I noticed your lights are on in your home. We sure don’t appreciate you opening our back door while we’re with a client which is pretty apparent with our generator running. If your dog was in the Mobile salon, you wouldn’t want your dog being disturbed while getting groomed, or have somebody messing with the door and a higher probability of your dog getting out of salon because the neighbor feels entitled to get their dog groomed. You could’ve knocked and if nobody answered, you’re more than welcome to call the number on the side of th salon. We groomed felines as well, which was stated on the outside of the unit, so I do take high offense when someone just decides to help their self and walk on over and open my door. Like I mentioned in the analogy above if your lights were on, you wouldn’t want me just to walk on in your house with out knocking and waiting.
