Dont leave your Loved Ones here! This was the 2nd facility Lodi Memorial sent me for So-Called PT REHAB. Make sure you take a Non-Scheduled Tour if you Really Want to know what Really Matters and happens to your Loved Ones. If your circumstances are in the best interest of your Loved Ones. Any facility that doesnt make sure a 2nd family member is on the contact list isnt Looking out for their best Interests.

I worked in this place for four months as a CNA. And was discharged for reporting the neglects and malpractice of the in-charge nurses who caused the stroke of patient, skipping meds, ignoring call lights, double brief, and the unfair assignments given by the experienced CNA. I have worked for seven different nursing homes and acute facilities as a registry. I haven't seen any facility having some many problems. Nurses and the Director of Nurse are so arrogant. They don't listen to any patients or front line workers' feedback nor following the compliance. If you reported anything that they dont want to listen, they get you fired. There are so many call-ins. And I tried my best to help out the scheduler. By the New Year Eve of 2024, I was assigned with 26 patients to take care. You can imagine what quality this facility can provide to your loved ones. I have a perfect attendance record, and I have a lot positive customer reviews. The facility doesn't care of truth and facts. Supervisors are encouraged to tell lies, and the compliance hotline is always busy. I would say this place is full of cheaters. I am happy to get rid of the bunch of liars who don't understand/care what communication is, and how to listen. If I can, I would give zero rate to this place. Plus: the State investigators have come to inspect the facility frequently because of so many complaints filed.
