Long story short, they lost 2 packets, both containing my tax return to be mailed to the IRS/FTB. This location is one of the worst I've been too. From the poor customer service, to the lack of knowledge, I don't recommend it. Plus, the tracking system on the app is so bad

The worst post office I have ever been to. Counter staff has poor business knowledge and arrogant attitude. I will give 0 star if I could.

I requested the passport and they told me to go at 8 am to sign up for a list for limited space, another day it arrived at 7:45 am I wait, there is a sign on the door that says we open at 8:30 am and I wait When they open I ask and they tell me that all the places are full that they signed up at 8 am and they asked me if I arrived early at that time it is closed and when they open that the people that I did not see anywhere before the mail opened, I think that the workers sold the places and it is not fair that I was waiting for them to open and they came out with that lie that people wrote to each other at 8 am if I have been waiting before and no one looked.
