Westland Home & Roof Inspections- Roof Repairs, and Handyman Services

This is an easy review because the service was excellent. I noticed a roof leak around my fireplace Saturday morning. The leak was slowly dripping through the ceiling by the fireplace. Although Eric doesn't normally work Sundays he still came out and took care of it before the next rains come in. He warranties his work as well. He explained the work he did and provided pictures as well. Eric came through in the clutch. I will definitely be using Westland moving forward.

I just called the office for the first time this morning..Eric, the OWNER, answered the phone and he is just AMAZING!! Spent 15 minutes on the phone with me as I described my roofing issue and he was just INCREDIBLE!!

Cannot say enough nice things about Eric Westland! He was kind, honest, quick to respond, easy to communicate with and gave me updates. He even found some small extra issues and fixed them while he was up on the roof. Sent me photos to verify everything. I would 100% use him again and plan to tell everyone else as well! Its really good to know that there are companies that still care about their customers. Eric not only responded and evaluated the situation the same day, he also referred me to someone he knew that could do this kind of work. Above that, he even contacted the guy to update him on the situation for me. Eric also asked me to text him back with the results to make sure I was taken care of.
