I had a previous experience with another kayak dealer here in Sacramento (Lets just say they sell kayaks in the city). I feel like they never really gave me options. Ive mentioned my issues but failed to address what would work for me. They will sell you whatever youre looking at, not what might work for you. Never offered me the things I may need to be on the water (anchor system, anchor, PFD, cart, etc). Didnt offer to help me tie down the kayak on my car. The guy literally said we dont do that. Never offered to show us the best ways to get a heavy kayak loaded. Just DONT GO THERE. So If youre within an hour from Lodi Paddlesports, I encourage you to take the drive. These guys are bar-none. Thomas was way more than just the guy selling. He helped me with a few things that he thought I could save money on. Gave some helpful tips. Kaden was willing to customized something for me if he couldnt find the part I needed. Exceptional folks
