Roadrunners Towing and Transportation

Spent the day in Elk Grove was heading back to the Bay area this evening when my Volkswagen lost power and left me stranded near Galt/Lodi. I Googled and got a list of towing companies nearby. I called the first 2 on the Google list and received similar quotes wanting first born and a fortune. Looked further down the list and decided to call Roadrunner towing they had 5 stars with 14 reviews. I was glad I made that call. Earl and Derek were more than reasonable for my tow back to San Jose. They were quick professional and friendly. "Price is what you pay. Value is what you get." If you live in the Lodi Galt or even the Sacramento to Stockton areas and need towing services this is who you should be calling for your towing needs. They care for their customers. After towing me to San Jose they offered to drive me to my house. I had arranged for a ride they insisted on staying with me until my ride arrived. Earl and Derek are genuine people. They care about their customers.

Where do I even begin. What an amazing company! My 70 year old grandfather got stranded 50 miles away from home late at night. These guys not only drove out to Stockton knowing that a 100 mile round trip tow was out of his budget but they came and worked on his vehicle and were able to get it back up and running and he didnt even need the tow! I am so so thankful for Earl and Derrick for getting my grandpa home safely last night! You guys are such a blessing! I cant thank you enough!
