Raphael Hardwood Flooring

In 2017, I had half my home with carpets pulled out,  and underneath hardwood floors. I hired this company to sand, stain and finish them. They truly looked amazing...! 5 yrs later it was time for the other half of the house, and I rehired this company. They never fail....once again a absolutely fantastic job. Professionals...wonderful customer service, and owner Josh..is truly a nice guy! If you have hardwood floors this is the gentlemen to call and if you don't have em, take a look at there work and you will! The owner, Joshua came out and gave us an estimate on sanding and refinishing our 100 year old floors in our newly purchased home. He was easy to talk with and understood our vision. He was professional and gave us history of his business. Brandon was the one who completed the work and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend there company and staff. Raphael Hardwood did an amazing job on refinishing our oak floors. We wanted our red oak floors to be more of a muted grey/light wood and they were able to achieve just that. We decided to mix two colors with a white wash finish in the end to achieve the look we were going for. The total job took about a week. They were the only company that would come give an estimate before our escrow closed because we were wanting to start the day escrow closed before we moved in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to refinishHardwood floors.

After doing some research on Yelp, I decided to give them a call. The person that picked up initially did not know anything about costs since he only did the scheduling and I said okay, that's fine, I just needed a rough estimate for flooring installation. He said that he'll get in touch with the owner and he'll call me right back. After about an hour, the owner calls and he ask what my project is and I told him we are looking for LVPs and I just wanted to get a rough estimate so we are shopping around for quotes. Obviously, that's what most of us do. I don't think he liked that too much and he proceeded to tell me to go ahead and choose the other companies I've received quotes from and hung up. Nothing I said was wrong, I just requested for a quote. I was doing my due diligence to get quotes from contractors but I assumed he didn't like that too much. So, if you are requesting for a quote, do not mention you've already contacted other contractors.*Update: Yes, Joshua. Obviously I am not a customer. I was only shopping around for quotes. We all do, even you, for the best prices. I am not sure what definition you used to determine if I was "serious" or not but having made the call and asking for a quote was "pretty serious." If you only consider your customers as those that have made monetary transactions with you, then consider adding that, "Requesting for a quote doesn't make you a customer, therefore your reviews will be invalid." I gave you a negative review based on your lack of assistance as the owner. Thanks!

Wonderful service and highly recommended . I had my floors refinished and never thought they could look so new for how old they were. They were brought back to life after looking so horrible for so long.
