Very courteous friendly company. I'm elderly 63yr old registered nurse. I had a MacBook issue but my budget was tight having had an issue with my vehicle recently. Top Techs California owner told me that they like to give back to the community, especially first responders.
Top Techs just charged me for the part + shipping no service charge. All they asked for was that I share my positive experience. My desktop computer was on the fritz. Top Techs was able to not only salvage my system drive and files they also found me amazing components for a new system build at an incredible price. The components out spec my old PC and they where able to bring them to me for a fraction of the price.
This company clearly has roots in the Silicon Valley because I've never gotten a GPU for such a good deal. 4K 120 FPS is incredible and the free value added software the company provided is icing on the cake. My 3D design rendering has never been so fluid and seem less, with my new M.2 SSD my system boots quicker, loads files faster and again they where able to equip me with a 512gb M.2 for brand new for a fraction of the cost of their competition.
I highly suggest you check this family owned tech company out ASAP if you're in the market for a new system build business, gaming, 3D design they seem well equipped to handle different build outs.
