I put in a maintenance request and the following day Daniel came. He was on time, patient, and kind. I needed a few things hung up, including a TV mount. He did exactly what I asked and did an excellent job. Thank you!

Our experience at Kaia has been amazing so far. We have been living here for a few weeks now and love it so far. The apartment itself is really nice, spacious, and modern. The community is very nice and kept clean each and every day. Maintenance requests are answered quickly and efficiently. Chris even mounted our TV recently as a courtesy and he did an amazing job. Loving the experience at Kaia!

My girlfriend and I just moved in over the weekend. Eric and Daniel made the paperwork and other tasks simple and had us ready to go well before moving in. The maintenance supervisor Chris Rhoads was incredible! He mounted our TV, put up artwork in multiple rooms and helped touch up a couple of things we noticed upon moving in. He did all this with smile on his face even though my girlfriend was annoying and kept asking for things. We love the place. Ill be utilizing the gym and golf simulator as much as possible and my girlfriend and I have already played a bunch of ping pong and pool!

I take Crenshaw to work everyday and seeing the construction first being built all the way to now a beautiful building that fits in perfectly was just nothing but amazing. When me and my girlfriend are ready to move Kaia is definitely our first spot to tour.
