    I initially gave ELDA 5 stars when first asked to provide a review. Unfortunately, they were no transparent with pricing and have lost our business. When I first inquired, David ensured me that there was not a minimum and that cleaning services depended on the clients needs, which was why I chose this service. The cleaners changed every time and the quality of their work varied. Also, during our last service, the cleaners came for 90 min and we were charged for 3 hours. I told David that was inconsistent with what he told me over the phone about there not being a minimum and the website did not communicate that (I sent him screenshots). We used ELDA for 3 months before we chose not to continue with their services.

    I dont know where to start. Dawit seemed to be professional at first. We scheduled a day for 2 people to clean my home for 3 hours starting at 9am. On the scheduled day Dawit texts to ask if they can come at 12:30pm or 1pm because he can only find one person. I couldn't (because I have a life) and compromised with scheduling on another day. My first mind was to cancel but didn't want to react in haste. We rescheduled for another day to start at 9am. On the day of Dawit calls me at 9:02am to tell me that the cleaner is right outside and he is still looking for a 2nd person. Hmmmm....where right outside? The cleaner shows up at 930am. Not judging but it was apparent that this individual, although nice enough, had issues. However, she was already there and started the job. Our house is not small and I told Dawit one person would be overwhelmed. As we waited for the 2nd person, the 1st cleaner continued to clean by herself. Dawit drops the 2nd cleaner off at 12:30pm! 12:30! They were supposed to be done at 12pm and here me and my family were sitting around waiting for them to finish so we could take care of other responsibilities. The second cleaner looked as though she had issues too and my family grew concerned. The 2nd cleaner muddled around taking way too long to dust and vacuum. She then broke our expensive crystal bowl. I had to keep my husband from popping a top. My husband started moving items so nothing else would get broken. Finally this weird cleaning experience ended. When I spoke to Dawit about the invoice which seemed high considering this substandard service, he proceeded to tell me how long these ladies worked. But that wasn't the agreement! The agreement was 2 people for 3 hours. His inability to service his agreement with me was not something I should have had to pay for. I also went on to tell him that it seemed like his workers had drug issues and I asked if they were finger printed. He responded with "he doesnt judge as long as they don't do it on the job" I was astonished. I told him you need to protect your client. I then asked him, what keeps your people from casing a place and then coming back at a later date to steal or do other stuff?" He didn't respond. Of course. I will not ever use this service again. For the simple fact of them not being transparent, prompt, safe and accountable for their bad service. The first maid was good despite the issues. I may have even considered working with her directly minus Dawit and his ELDA business but because of all of the drama and no responsibility for a plethora of bad business practices...this place will not see my business again. Then on top of it Dawit decides to text me with a warning of a daily $10 late fee until I pay. LAUGHABLE AND HILARIOUS!! YOUR WHOLE DAMN SERVICE WAS LATE AND I AM GETTING A LATE FEE? Not even getting that! Get outta here! LOL! I SHOULD BE CHARGING A LATE FEE!!!! Buhbye!
