We are extremely pleased with the level of service provided by South Bay Hydro Jetting. The entire staff handled each and every detail with courtesy and professionalism. This team is extremely organized and every step of the process was well coordinated. Start and finish dates were exactly as promised. We recently had our main line fixed (sewer repair) by Drain Force. To us this was a big undertaking but for the Drain Force Team this was a normal project. Our project included digging three large holes to get the breaks in the main line, cutting/removing concrete, & trenchless pipe replacement. Juan Carlos, and George are amazing. We had three other companies look at our project and Juan Carlos was the only one who was spot on with the location of the breaks, has the crew, machinery and technical ability to "get it done RIGHT". Normally I'm a little uneasy with a big project like this happening at our house for a week, but they are so knowledgable and explain the details of the project so well that I was assured we had chosen the right company for the job. Throughout the week George kept us up to date every step of the way. They were always on time and the whole crew is friendly, and respectful of our property. Service: Sewer repair
