At risk of what? Lol you dont even know me. All the negative reviews on here are true. As you can see if you post a negative review about them theyll try defending themselves by making things up about people. Still liars, not sorry! My review was old why are you replying 6 years later? Still crooked! I bet the person who replied to this wasnt even the person who took in my application, so for you to say that is not valid. You shouldnt even have my information there anymore. I wouldnt even dare thinking about applying with this rental management company ever again! There are much better companys out there and fortunately I am with one of them right now.

Excellent management company - very responsive, accommodating, and friendly service. Leticia was absolutely amazing in assisting with move-in and lease termination processes, and always provided a friendly smile walking through the common grounds. :) Highly recommend!!

Lived at the Hermosa Beach Shores apartment and Leticia Ramos was a great on-site manager. She was always responsive, available to answer questions, and made the move out process as smooth as possible.

As new tenants we have had an excellent experience so far working with Penmar Management. Leticia Ramos has gone above and beyond to ensure that both our application process and move-in process ran smoothly and quickly. Her communication and customer service has been fantastic as she has cared for our concerns with urgency. Any issues with our unit were tended to within the first week. Thank you Penmar! We are very happy and would recommend this company to anyone searching for a home to rent.
