We hired another vendor to clean our dryer vent. They proceeded to completely block the duct, rendering our dryer inoperable. We called W.A.R.S. to check whether it was the dryer malfunctioning or if the ducts were still blocked. They first discovered that the dryer was functioning perfectly. Leo and his son did the necessary work to discover that the duct work in our home is very complicated with multiple 90 degree bends in the attic before it vents through the roof. Those ducts were blocked. They disassembled the ducts and cleaned everything in an uncomfortable space. They took the time and effort to do the job correctly and spent significantly more time than they had allocated for the job to make things right.
