Richard's team were absolute professionals and worked on Refusal Notices on multiple entries we had been unable to get resolved. We were able to get those Refusal Notices rescinded which saved us on our new product market launch. Will definitely be working with his group in the future to better get in front of any future FDA issues which can be so costly to one's business.

Richard at FDA Specialist, LLC is fantastic. My company imported products that were subject to FDA regulations, and we needed guidance to understand the complex FDA regulations. We were referred to Richard by numerous friends who spoke very highly of him and his work. And I have to tell, they were spot on with their recommendation. We retained Richards services, and he helped us maneuver through the complex FDA regulations, and carefully explained alternative solutions to our issues, including the pros and cons to each. Furthermore, after our business relationship ended, he gave us a call numerous times to give us updated information on changing regulations, to make sure we are properly handling our matters, and first hand information he had heard within the FDA. One of the fantastic things about Richard, apart from his wide array of knowledge and expertise which is obvious from the minute you speak to him, is that he used to be an FDA officer, and has close relationships with numerous FDA officers.
