        "I would like to express my gratitude for Kyle, one of the staff members working at this Long Beach branch. I was searching for my dress shoes and ended up forgetting my wallet. While searching for it, I encountered him, and he kindly returned it to me, mentioning that he had found it and left it at the counter. Of course, everything, including cash and all the important things, was intact. Additionally, he not only kindly responded to the customers' requests but also provided various conveniences. Thanks to him, shopping was enjoyable, and I greatly appreciated his kind service spirit. I believe Kyle's exemplary service spirit deserves commendation."
