DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU PHYSICALLY SELECT THEM IN STORE and can ensure quality/what you are getting. I always try to support local, small businesses but I sadly can't support this one again. I spent just under $100 on an upgraded "premium bouquet" for a friend's birthday last week, choosing the bouquet via a specific named arrangement on their website. Not only did someone else's bouquet get delivered to my friend, but when I called to find out what happened, there wasn't even a voice mail set up to leave a message. I emailed the same day of delivery with no reply. Finally called again today (where someone answered the phone from a loud background that didn't even sound like a business, saying "hello") and got a live person who was NOT helpful in the least with either refunding my money or sending the bouquet I ordered (or even something remotely close to it). I spent 30 mins on the phone where it ended with me asking for a refund, and I am now being peppered with text messages to repeat my order number, delivery address, etc. - thus far with no resolution. Don't waste your money here.

The floral arrangement was excellent. I arranged for flowers to be delivered to a friend in hospital who ended up being discharged earlier than expected, so they helped arrange delivery to her the following day to her home.
