Extended Tax Service

She needs to be humbled: Angelas quality of service is less than desirable. She has no respect for her customers or their time. After scheduling for a 1pm appointment she didnt call. I waited an called her at 1:25pm to be advised, and when I asked her to status she rudely replied that she would call me in a couple of hours or so, with no specific time frame as if my time is not as important as hers.

This person is currently under investigation by the feds. She is stealing people's income tax refunds. She had funds sent directly to her for other ppls income tax and has not given them the money they are owed. She will not return people's calls, emails, or text. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR TAX REFUND. SHE US UNDER INVESTIGATION AND IF YOU'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH HER PREVIOUSLY I WOULD SUGGEST YOU HAVE SOMEONE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOUR TAXES WERE DONE RIGHT.

I always try to be supportive of my black people because I rather give them my money but she is to unprofessional and she gets mad at you when you call about Youre money I put direct deposit on my form and some how it went to her office that wasnt a big deal but then she told me she would mail it and havent gotten back to me Im a very understanding person but when I get an attitude and no communication is when me being understanding goes out the window Ive been calling and texting And emailing her NO ANSWER I really hope she dose better shes not a bad person just an unprofessional one.
