don't know what happened to their customer service but, it is gone. They scheduled the appt but, they admitted they forgot to put it on their books. They rescheduled for later that day and arrived 1 hour and 20 mins after the new appt they offered and never called me to let me know they were going to be late. I told them forget it - I have things to do on my day off and can no longer wait for them. Very sad that they have lost their customer service.

I read the other review on Ellis Enterprises. I am shocked. This was not the treatment I received. I made an appointment for an estimate - also a hillside house with 3 stories.  He arrived on time and called for some further directions because the house was a little hard to find. He gave me a very reasonable quote - similar to others I had received. I signed the contract and scheduled a date/time. The workers showed up exactly at the right time, did a prompt and efficient job, and were very professional job. They cleaned up any water drips inside and out. Windows look very good. I have used this "turner" system before and it really keeps the window cleaner longer. I won't go back to just the old soap and water cleaners. I highly recommend them.

I Found Ellis Enterprises on line. Big waste of TIME!  Their website says they do exactly the type of work I needed done on my 5 story Hill side home. I called them and told them what i need done. They told me they do the exact thing i needed done so they set up a free estimate for someone to come to my home. On the day of the appointment I waited for their estimater to come.  1 Hour late he calls me and says he is stuck in traffic and he will be there on Friday instead. Friday same story 1 hour late he calls me and says he is stuck in traffic and he will for sure come on Saturday. Saturday he finally shows up at my house (early) He looks at my job and tells me that no problem and he can get it done. He tells me that Ellis Inc is very expensive and that he can do the job on the side for a much better price but I have to pay him in cash. I told him i only want to deel with the company since they are insured and bonded. I was worried if comeone falls of the building or the hill while they are doing the job I don't want to get sued. He tells me that no problem He will fax me an estimate for the job. I waited for 3 days no Fax i called him and he says 1 few more days. Any way he never even gave me an estimate. Big waste of my time!
