        Doctors dont show up. Long wait times upon arrival.

        They dont deserve a star. First week of July, I went to their office. the doctor told me that she had to refer me to a speach therapist. and they told me that they would call me for the authorization. now it's the 3rd week of August and they still haven't called me yet so I called them. and the person who answered said that the authorization was forwarded to the therapist long time ago. and if I didn't call their office I wouldn't have know that I'm waiting for nothing. they know that I have a difficult situation but they don't seem to care to their patients. I am very upset with their negligence. I can't recommend them to anybody because they don't do their job right.
