We recently experienced a sewer blockage between the clean-out and the septic tank. After contacting our home warranty company, we were informed that a plumber would not be able to come until next Tuesday. Fortunately, I remembered that my workplace, a water company, had previously used All Service Plumbing to service the pipes. I decided to give them a call, and within an hour, a technician arrived at my house and quickly and professionally fixed the problem. As someone who has worked at the water company for 18 years, I have never recommended a plumbing company to our customers, until now. I confidently recommend All Service Plumbing for any job that needs to be done.

I had a leaky pipe and Josh from All service plumbing came out to fix it. I was impressed with how helpful he was! He took the time to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. He even went above and beyond to track down a unique part to ensure the issue was fully resolved. I appreciate the great job that All Service Plumbing always does!

We had a bit of a scare when we woke up to a puddle on the kitchen floor in the middle of the night. We assumed it was a leak from the upstairs bathroom and feared it would require a major repair to an interior wall pipe. However, Diego from All Service Plumbing quickly arrived and expertly diagnosed the issue to be the seal on the upstairs master toilet, which he confirmed by checking the main water meter on the street. He went through several diagnostics to isolate the issue and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. The dripping into the kitchen ceiling and cabinets stopped immediately. We were so grateful for his expertise and kindness throughout the process. Diego explained everything he was doing during the diagnostic and what he would do to fix the issue. I discovered All Service Plumbing through googles recommendations for hot water heaters when our tankless water heater stopped working. After a few frustrating experiences with other companies, I turned to All Service Plumbing due to their excellent reputation. Diego arrived within an hour and a half of my call, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options. Ultimately, we decided to install a new tankless water heater, and four days later, Diego arrived with a brand-new unit and installed it with all new piping, hosing, and venting. He even installed an instant under-sink mount in our master bathroom. From the moment he answered the phone at 7 am to the complete installation that same afternoon, the customer service was fantastic. Diego and his team were friendly and accommodating, and I highly recommend this company for their fair prices, excellent work ethic, and friendly service.
