This bank provides the best customer service I have ever received. Part of their hiring process must be to test for service. They are knowledgeable, accurate, have the answers you need and are fast to respond. We are a business so we have a dedicated team of professionals so it makes life much easier. I recommend them for all banking needs. I have also even received excellent referrals from them. I do t know who is from which branch but everyone is fantastic. Maria and Jocelyn are people I would search for to work with if I ever heard they left PPBI, and everyone I have met through them is great as well. Excellent relationship bank! Thank you.

I love this bank! The people here are so friendly and professional. I moved my accounts and loans from a larger bank really because of the personalized service.  The people who work at this branch have been working there for years. When I come in, the tellers greet me by name and if I need something its a quick phone call or email.  Everyone here shows that they care about my business and I look forward to working with them for years to come.
