Kung Fu Tea

I really wanted to make Kung Fu Tea my favorite boba shop in the oversaturated Boba shops in LA. But my last interaction with the worker (on May 2, 2023 around 12PM) turned me off so much, I almost never want to return. I came in for their $4 special. I asked for the white grape drink and it was all gone. No problem. I asked, "Oh then what else is available?" and he quickly cuts me off and just says "look at the poster". I was surprised at his rudeness and just said "oh ok". And I asked him a question about another drink and how I can use the app to pay, and he was annoyed, kept cutting me off, and just said, "I don't know, I don't use the app." So I was trying to figure out how to use the app (first time) to pay and he kept repeating, "you don't have money in the app!!". So I said, "I get that, I'm trying to figure out how to use it so I can pay." In the end, I just left the line so the person behind me could just go ahead. The worker was so rude and refused to help; I was hesitant in ordering because I was afraid he was going to spit in my drink. Kung Fu Tea will always be associated with that worker and I will not go just so I avoid that worker. It has absolutely been ruined. I get that you hate your life, but either don't work there or try to at least be more kind and polite. Don't take out your stress on customers.

Got my orders wrong when there was no one in the store,, like what (the wrong drink also tasted watery) $8 is also a ridiculous price for a drink Lastly boba is not included in the drink originally so you have to pay for it. I dont think Ill come back here will rather go to boba time

Good selection of milk teas. The winter melon green tea is very good. Taking one dollar off for a little high price.

Worst experience Ive ever had!!! Terrible service when I came here. I had a T-Mobile Tuesday deal for $2 off. Initially, I wanted to order through the app but it kept on giving me an error code that the store is closing/closed even though there was more than 1 hour before closing time (I called to confirm this through the phone). When I arrived at the store, the guy said he couldnt accept the $2 off cuz I had to order thru the phone but NOWHERE on the app does it state mobile order only. I proceeded to scan the app through the scanner and initially it took off $2.45, then it came back to original price. Super sketchy and sus!!! The cashier then proceeded to insult me that it was only a $2 difference. As if a $6 drink wasnt expensive enough! Never coming again!
