        I came into this T-Mobile location a week ago to get the 5G Home internet. The store was quiet and not as busy as the other stores. Some of the other stores are way too busy. Andy helped us out. He was super nice and knowledgeable. He brought out a new 5G Home internet device. He unboxed it for us and setup the whole device. I was able to test it in the store. I was able to get 330 Mbps download and 70 Mbps upload at the store. Wow! That's fast. The rivals my Spectrum download speed. But the upload speed of 70Mbps destroys Spectrum's 10 Mbps. I went home and installed it. I got 500Mbps download and 120 Mbps upload. Amazing!!! Thanks for the great experience Andy!

        I walked in to buy a USB C to lightning cable. They charged me but they said the transaction did not go through because their device died and did not produce a transaction number. I checked my bank account and it showed a pending charge. I told the guys there its already pending on my bank account. They said that itll drop off and needed to charge my card again. We charged the card again and got my receipt. I asked for a phone number in case I have issues. They said they didnt have one, which is wrong. Why wouldnt a corporate retail business not have a number? They said if I had issues, I could call T-Mobile. I called them after seeing the double charge on my account a day later. T-Mobile corporate could not help me and said I had to go back to the original store, which is a complete pain since Im not local and on travel.
