I started working on the brand with just eyelashes a few years ago. But 5 months ago in Las Vegas two guys treated me very well!! And you can see that the brand has changed a lot and they are really looking forward to it! If you like working with them, I recommend them. They have been super flexible and have supported me a lot!

I placed an order on 7/1. I received an email that my order had shipped on 7/5, yet tracking continues to say that a label was created but not yet received by the post office and today is 7/12. I have emailed them 3 times to find out whats going on and have never received a reply back. This order is just going from Los Angeles to Orange County, so once it was mailed, I should have received it in a couple of days. Their prices may be good, but the customer service is nonexistent. Its not even the length of time its taking to receive the order that bothers me, its the lack of response.

Ordered products from this company in early February and havent received the items yet (3/2/20). Called customer service and was promised my order would be expedited quickly and again Im still waiting and it shows a shipping label has been produced but items have not left yet.
