Vincent is the lawyer you want if you ever find yourself getting a DUI. Out of the several attorneys/lawyers I spoke to, he was the first one that actually made me feel safe during one of the worst moments of my life. This review is for Mr. Tucci and his team at Braden & Tucci. Not only has my DUI limited my freedom to travel but I was now attempting to apply for a government program in where my background would be scrutinized. My DUI happened over 12 years ago but it still needed to be expunged. It was mid pandemic, courts were moving at a snails pace and my lawyer that represented me wanted an exorbitant amount of money to help during the pandemic. My wife's friend who is also a lawyer said it would take too long and not worth trying as many courts were closed. One call to Mr Tucci and he was on it. He mentioned there would be a delay but at this point I said let's go for it. Mr Tucci explained the process, gathered my information and said he would be in touch. One of the reasons I knew I had made the right choice was that I felt Mr Tucci took my situation on as his own. It's as if HIS future were in jeopardy. A few weeks later I received emails from his professional staff reflecting my expungements and a short time later the hard copies. My only regret in this situation was that I didn't hire Braden and Tucci to represent me in my original case. Thank you!!

Vincent Tucci came highly recommended, and boy am I glad I went with him! He was able to appear for me on short notice, and had my case dismissed after the next court date!!! Araseli from his office responded to all inquiries right away, and I have nothing but gratitude for Braden & Tucci.
