Dr. Chung's Dental Office

This dentist is talented at implants. But be warned. He made major Permanent decisions about my crowns without consulting me, leaving me with a terrible mismatched smile. When I tried to resolve multiple times, he was unable to understand my English and willfully interrupted and decided, on my behalf, what he was going to do. Without telling me, he put veneers on my crowns. I didn't realize this until a few days later when they fell off in my mouth while I was eating. You can't put veneers on crowns. You can't decide a color for a patient's multiple crowns without showing them the plethora of color options. He decided what color my lower crowns should be, and that was that was that apparently. Giving me options and showing me the various colors would have been what every single other dentist does.The list goes on and on. I tried to resolve this with him. I am more than happy to pay the balance. Of course he would have to make some corrections for his mistakes and decisions he did without consulting me.for his mistakes and decisions he did without consulting me. Sadly he refuses to listen. He also just has a hard hard time speaking and writing English. Just be warned. He's probably great for a Korean speaking patient as not only would they spallegeeak the same language, but they would be differential to his authoritarian superiority. I happen to be American and his style does not work for me, as it turns out. If you're okay with being bullied then he's your guy. I'm left me with a horrible smile. He could so easily fix this, but refuses. So we'll just handle this in court. It won't be the first time for him either. Just know what you're getting into if you go to him.

Amazing family owned dentist that has been open for 22 years, I went in because I got a crack on my front two teeth. Every time I smiled I felt self conscious. Now look at my Colgate smile.

Dr Henry was awesome. I had a painless experience with root canal and crown. He explained each step in easy to understand words. He was very friendly. His staffs were very friendly and welcoming guests as well. I had some bad experiences at other dental offices, but I would have no problem here. I would recommend him to all my friends.

I like Dr. Henry Chungs dental work because he is meticulous. I keep coming back for my dental care because I know I am receiving quality work. He and his father practice in the same office.

I personally HATE the word Dental let alone go to a dentist but Dr. Henry at Dr. Chung's Dental Office was the best decision I ever made! I've spoken to numerous dental offices prior and the closest availability was in April but the pain I was going through couldn't wait so a friend recommended Dr. Henry at Dr. Chung's Dental Office on Sunday, 02-08-2021! I called the same Sunday and booked my appointment for the next day, Monday. I don't even like leaving reviews but Dr. Henry and his team were so gentle and kind throughout my procedure. He extracted all 5 of my teeth in less than 3 hours! The crown of every single tooth fractured so he had to dig in to get each root. He made sure I was comfortable, felt no pain and ensured I used the restroom periodically. I can't recommend him and his whole team enough and when I fully recover, I'll get my implants done here too. He made sure I understood the medications to get afterwards and the directions. Thank you Dr. Henry and Dr. Chung;s Dental Office! You put the comfort of your patients first.
