        Nordstrom is my absolute favorite place to shop for fashion. Their selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories is always on-trend and of the highest quality. The customer service is exceptional, and I love that they offer free alterations to ensure the perfect fit. Nordstrom truly sets the standard for luxury shopping experiences.

        They have an annoying interview process with hirevue and dont even hire anyone. I have 10+ experience of retail and the fact I got denied for a a sales position is ridiculous. They dont watch the videos at all and if they do they are judging you off looks which I dont even look bad , probably some Karen in the office who doesnt like people of color. And some say its gone through a computer system. What kind of interview is a one way interview obviously your going to act weird when answering the questions since ur talking to your camera. Stupid interview process when your hiring multiple people shouldnt be picky when ur in downtown Los Angeles and its a dumb retail job paying $17 an hour. I hate any job that goes through hirevue just know 9.5/10 youll be denied because they dont even take the time to watch and if you stumble on your words they deny you.
