Honestly, it was so bad. I wasn't sure about the taste for the price and the French fries weren't that good. The atmosphere was lively and the service was friendly.

Ordering through the app was a breeze. However, it said my food was going to be done by a certain time but they took about 30 minutes longer than what I was told even though the store was empty. We were there inside waiting and no one asked if we needed help or if we were waiting for an order. The food was bearable, the meat was lacking flavor and the fries were way too salty. The burgers werent hot when we got them, they were almost cold. The bacon was a little tough and chewy. I didnt ask for onion but still had onions in my burger. I also didnt get the A1 steak sauce, didnt get any either. The best part of my burger was the mushrooms and lettuce. The patties were dry and like I said earlier, pretty bland. Not a great experience at all.

The hype of this place has definitely exceeded it's quality for me. It's just an overpriced burger place. I went there for my last time today. It was over $30 for a cheeseburger, regular fries, and a shake. Plus I tipped the cashier (he was nice, they always are at this location). But it's too much money for a greasy, gristle-filled burger and limp fries. I even asked for the fries well-done this time. But they were still soggy :L
