I don't even know where to start. When we bought our house. It was like a design jungle. Nothing really matched. The interior and exterior definitely didn't match. There was no flow throughout the house. It just seemed like whenever the last several owners felt like it they would remodel however they felt like. Nobody ever really considered that this was a Spanish style house. So our bedroom was modern but the kitchen was pretty much Frozen in time from the 1940s. The bathrooms were remodeled probably about 30 years ago but still it didn't make too much sense for this house. One of our hallways had arched ceilings while the other one had squared off ceilings. We had probably five different types of flooring and none of them matched each other. Our electrical system was fried and it was pretty much being held together with tape. Our sewer line had so many holes that it was pretty much disintegrated at one point. The bathrooms had drywall that was so bad and moldy that you could pretty much put your finger through it. The folks at advance stood out to us because they had great pictures and reviews. They communicated very well with us and made us feel like we are being heard. What really made us happy though was that when the project was finished and done with and all the dust had settled the quality of work was absolutely beautiful. Now everything matches. We have one flooring throughout the entire house. All of our electrical and plumbing and drain have been updated. All the mold has been remediated. All of the lead and asbestos that we had has been cleared out and, we feel safe and comfortable to live in this house now. Almost all of the inspiration pictures and elements that we wanted from day one were implemented into our home. Working with Nick and his team was great. I would definitely recommend advanced because I think they have a good team and a good health on their shoulders. They understand the assignment. They understand that people are busy nowadays and they also do not need to be micromanaged with every small detail. You tell them what you want to do and they figure out how to do it. You don't need to sit there and make sure that the people show up or that they clean up after themselves or if they locked up when they left the property. Or thousands of other horror stories you read online. These people do great work and I love how my home turned out. I know we were only a midsize job for them but they really made us feel like family from day one.

I don't really like to write reviews. But I think that I had to this particular time. Just because of the great experience that we had with Nick and his company. As most people do we met with three different contractors just to get a different perspective and different ideas on how to proceed forward with our home remodeling. We tried to educate ourselves as much as possible before we met with the contractors but no matter how much I looked online for different ideas, prices, ways to move forward it ultimately sounded like we needed to meet with experienced contractors who could take us to the next stage of the remodeling process. We picked out three local and experienced general contractors to meet with. At the last minute we ended up actually meeting with the fourth contractor because it was a highly recommended contractor who I just done remodeling for our friends. I could say that all of the contractors we met with were truly genuine and good. Each of them had different ideas on what to do with our existing home to make it more modern and efficient. But ultimately I think Nick really understood our vision and was able to take us to the next step of our remodeling. One thing I enjoyed about Nick and his company was that everything was laid out there were no gimmicks or trying to sell us more services and we needed. We knew what the budget was we knew what we had to do, we just needed help to be able to get us to the next stage of remodeling our home. His approach was very simple. It was easy to understand him and because he really understood our vision the remodeling process was pretty smooth. He knew who to contact for each level of our remodeling. His dedication and service to our project was superb.

Advanced builders responded to our inquiry the same day. The receptionist called us back and asked us several more questions just to clarify what exactly we wanted done inside and outside our home. Once everything made sense they booked our appointments for our home remodeling project. Their project manager came out and reviewed the home, and the next day he sent us the remodeling proposal by email. I think it took us about 2 to 3 days to think about it and we then met with them again and signed the contract and began work. All the contractors that worked in our projects were prompt and professional. Will definitely use these guys again. Great experience from the beginning of the project to the end of the remodeling project.

I used advanced builders and contractors to remodel my house and guest house. It all started very well on a high note. Once the initial consultation was over and we had agreed on a contract they then sent expert contractors to do the project. Each team came in with their own skill and precision and was very attentive to even the smallest detail. You could tell most of the contractors who came out or hard-working enthusiastic people. The Mastermind behind all of this was Nick who acted as my superintendent. You could tell the contractors who worked under him respected him a lot since he had immense amount of knowledge. He was my admiration for remaining positive throughout the remodeling process. The process was smooth and best of all I was always being updated on all of the design aspects. Nick was the kind of person that you want running the project in your home. He made me feel wanted and valued and always listened to my ideas and was always very transparent with me. You could tell that he really cared about the project and he wanted a high quality outcome. The high quality results speak for themselves.
