Awesome selection. Great staff. Competitive pricing. Family own d. And.. can any candy to boot! I have looked for a solid glass shop for awhile since my old guy retired. Found it!

These guys are such flakes. Nothing is ever done close to on time. Office is incompetent. If you are needing to use these guys you are either desperate or an idiot. I'm done with them.

Very, very poor customer service. I called three  times before I got a response and then it was via email asking me what type of glass, dimension's, etc. I don't know the difference between seamed or polished edge, do you?  I should have been called and an apology would have been sufficient. I wouldn't have left a negative review. I then called Highland Park glass who took the measurements and gave me quick call back on two prices, regular glass and vintage glass. He also let me know he was the only one working and couldn't help me until the following day. Now that's fantastic customer service in my book!BTW, I am required to give one star to access the Post Review button.
