        In November of 2023 I was diagnosed with spinal, left and right stenosis (pitched nerves in the spinal column). I had severe neck and back pain throughout the day and at night suffer from "dead or numb" hands. I was advised by a trusted orthopedic surgeon that surgery would be needed. I began taking Medina CBD and coconut oil instead from a recommendation from a dear friend. THE BEST CHOICE EVER!!!! My painful neck and back spasms went away within a few days. I began sleeping through the night without my hands cramping and neck spasms. Medina CBD , cocanut oil, with exercise has me PAIN-FREE and no longer needing an invasive spinal surgery.
