Concise Care Group

Thanks to Concise Care, my aunt, 87, with severe dementia and multiple other health issues, were successfully admitted to Jasmine Assisted Living. Her husband 91 is also admitted with the help of concise care. They were admitted under ALW, Assisted Living Waiver, provided by the State. This wouldnt have been possible without the knowledgeable, patience and professionalism of Concise Care. we are forever grateful.

Channon was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, very helpful, encouraging and calm. She took care of the details and kept me informed. She made the process so less stressful than if I had tried to do it myself. Will definitely recommend to others.

My family is eternally grateful for Cedric, Dorian and the team at Concise Care Group. We were in need of safe housing for my mother who suffers from Alzheimers disease and we needed help applying for ALWP. Cedric carefully listened to our situation and made an incredibly complex process understandable. He provided succinct guidance and even gave me words of validation when I was having trouble making decisions on behalf of my entire family. For my mothers situation, the ALWP process took two months to complete, and she is able to stay at an assisted living facility we love as well as take advantage of all the services available to her there. This lifted a financial burden and debt for my family. And allowed us great peace of mind. THANK YOU to Cedric and the Concise Care Group family for your expertise in this ever changing field. I joked that Cedric could write a book about his work but I think he should and I would 100% buy it.
