    My husband and I decided to stay for a fews days and although the room is spacious, clean, and beautiful. Service was very poor. They had limited staff making resovle to every issue very time-consuming. The elevators were ridiculously slow. The pool and Jacuzzi were out of service. I highly doubt I will return to stay at this location in the future.

    I lived at level for about 3 months. Its extremely overpriced for all the issues my roommate and I were having. They moved us into a room with a giant crack from the top to bottom of the window and duck taped it. Their vents are dirty and the rooms would get dusty immediately after cleaning. Im very sensitive to dust and this caused a lot of issues with my sinuses and skin. Cleaning service wouldnt deep clean everything and I noticed one of my skincare products missing after the lady cleaned my room. Our sink disposal would always smell no matter how much vinegar we would use to clean the sink. The dishwasher was fully black and barely cleaned our dishes. Elevators would take forever and their hallways would have this particular odor that is gaggable. There was only one staff member that was nice and helpful I forgot her name but she was the best and super friendly. The men at the front would sometimes give attitude. Their gym was the only nice and clean feature of this building. My roommate and I had 2 stolen packages while staying there as well. Pool is extremely dirty and could never use it.

    This place is a scam. Never in my life have I ever been treated with so much disrespect. The security guard with the heavy accent is so rude and on a power trip. There was a noise complaint and with no warning and he was trying to evict us . Please read the fine print. There is a rule that if there's over 4 people in a 2 bedroom, visitor or not, you will be immediately evicted. It's a $750 fee btw. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

    Stayed here this past weekend, March 15-18th for my 2 Year Anniversary. Great Customer Service, NEM, gave me complementary valet parking She was truly helpful and amazing, gave us a lot of ideas to tour and see. The size of the suite was very spacious. I will be returning in the summer time. 10/10 recommend. Thanks so much for the experience
