We have stayed here 2 times in the last month. 1 time was just to come to town to visit family. then 2 weeks later we were back for a death in the family. The staff remembered us and were so kind. They asked what brought us back to town so quickly and when they heard our reasoning they were so kind. they checked on us throughout the next few days and that was very sweet. The night staff were fabulous they made sure Us and our Sister (who had another room there also) were taken care of. All the staff were kind and the rooms were great. We had a great breakfast and the rooms were very clean. We will be back.

Rooms were super clean and style matched that of much more expensive LA hotels. Only complaint is that room service lost my breakfast order and I had to call then back after an hour. However, because it was so late they comped it, soI can't complain. Be aware that parking here IS expensive and there is absolutely nowhere else around to park. You can expect to add an additional $56 per day for parking, plus valet tip (there is no self parking). This is pretty normal for the area though, as parking in Beverly Hills is at a premium.
