        From the elegant hallways,stunning architecture and passionate employees this hotel has it all.Four Seasons is a hotel that does not fail to dissapoint anyone and strives for a better customer experience.The concierge and the staff at reception made our experience memorable and I believe that this service and hospitality is why one chooses the four seasons.

        Guys, I loved this hotel! I thought it was phenomenal! They are out of 10 in terms of cleanliness, layout, polite, well trained. I loved the rooms and the people who work here.

        Worst hotel, worst owners. They only care about money and dont care at all for their employees. They overwork the staff and underpay everyone. You can break your back working for them and theyd get rid of you in a heartbeat. The rooms are dated with the same furniture from the 80s when it opened. The owners are cheap and sell run down rooms for a high price so they can pocket the money for themselves. Its not even Los Angeles its more West Hollywood so dont be fooled. Youd receive better service and a nicer room at a best western than this place. If you want real luxury stay at the Ritz or The Beverly Hills Hotel. Do yourself a favor and dont stay here, youll regret wasting your money on a a mediocre and run down building with a company that treats the employees like garbage. Dont stay here.
