        I've worked with Melissa for years.. Funny enough, last year I totaled a Tesla that we owned, we cancelled the policy with her, however she still proceeded to charge us $400 per month for 12 months.. When I called her office and asked for the refund, she never returned my call or responded to my email.. She just wanted to get her little commission it seems.. Would never use her again.
