I switched to State Farm about 3 years ago because the rates were cheaper and because I wanted to be able to relate directly with a local agent who I could see and speak with. I have not been disappointed. Lisa is ACCESSIBLE and the customer service provided by the office is impeccable.

Lisa Brown provides exemplary customer service. I love State Farm! There is a commercial that states you are in good hands with Allstate. I beg to differ. Being a LONG time customer, I say you are in good hands with Lisa Brown at StateFarm. Her team is also good and will meet all of your needs. I'm not easy, but they can handle me.
