Rosy, who apparently is the owner, took 4 months to make one cushion and two pillow cases. She was unresponsive. She had many excuses for the long delay most of which were not credible. My wife called her over 10 times and went down to her store three times. All with no result. On the final day when I went in she told me she had orders from "Gucci" and that is why she did almost no work on our order. She doesn't appear to have any help. I've only seen her in the store and occasionally one other person. I had to load up all of the fabric rolls into my car 4 months after we had delivered them to her. We have had no drapes, no comforter and no pillow cases for 4 months. I do not recommend this business.
