Our experience in working with Chlo Interiors has been beyond 5 stars! The designers and architects are patient and diligent in going through the designing process. The end result is you get exactly what you want. We have 2 home and 1 office projects with Jason and the result have been nothing less than stunning! I had the opportunity to collaborate with Susie and Jason on a Custom Design for a Downtown LA loft space. They shared their vision for the final media wall design that would complete the remodel project - with a key requirement: Go Floor to Ceiling with no screws in the wall, mount the TV to the Pole system and add custom shelves and cabinets. We met several times via Zoom and thanks to their commitment to their clients needs, we were able to detail out a one-of-a-kind Modern Shelving system. As a custom design, it took some time to deliver exactly what was specified - but Susie and Jason had the patience to see the process through to completion. The end result is an example of what can be created when you collaborate with experienced design professionals: a Happy Client and a Showcase of your work! I hope we get to work with the team at Chlo Interiors on many more projects in the future and plan to refer other customers to them on a regular basis. I really want to give Chlo Interiors more than 5 stars, and here's why. Susie Chang and Jason Lo are exceptional at everything they do. From consultation and design to decoration and followup they have impeccable taste and handle every aspect of an interior decoration project. In our case, Jason and Susie were responsible for the complete redo of our downtown Los Angeles loft/condo following a flood that damaged our entire interior. First, Jason redesigned and reimagined our kitchen area adding additional storage, quartz counters, white and grey cabinets and an amazing 7 foot island all lit by dramatic overhead lighting. Jason then designed a modern new bath vanity with double sinks that complemented the existing tile and marble floors. Susie completely redesigned our living area in a modern yet timeless design that features comfortable seating and "pops" of color that add a dramatic flair to the space. One amazing feature is a custom built black steel and black wood shelf wall unit that measures 12 1/2 feet wide and nearly 10 feet high that reaches from floor to ceiling in front of a concrete wall and on which the TV is suspended from one of the support poles. But their work did not just include the designs. Susie and Jason sourced all the furniture and were present for the installation of every piece; both to make sure the pieces were perfect in construction and as part of the overall design. As with any major project, there were a few bumps along the way. But Jason and Susie were always available to handle the problem and always did whatever was necessary to make sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Jason and Susie listen to their clients needs, create solutions that meet those needs, follow up on every aspect and don't stop until the job is done right. We would, and will, use their services again. And you should too!

I have known Jason and Susie of Chlo Interiors for over 7 years, across two homes and more projects than I can count. They have incredible attention to detail, design creativity, and communication skills. They have always worked with us to achieve our vision, and they are also excellent at editing when necessary. Overall, their ability to execute their work is tremendous. Not only do they have great taste in furnishings (at all price points!), but they have access to some very talented contractors. Indoor, outdoor, cabinetry, stonework, you name it. They even designed a custom light-up coffee table to showcase my grandmothers resin artwork! I cannot speak highly enough of Jason and Susies availability to answer questions and provide guidance. If youre not already working with them, now is the time to reach out!
