I was fortunate to discover Zina for my jewelry repair after years of being ripped off at other establishments. They have done excellent repair work on my fine jewelry as well as the cheap costume jewelry I bring back from Croatia each year (including this one). They are the most fair and reasonable place I've found, and the people who work there are just the very best, including Lee and Dorian (I hope I'm spelling the names right). I've been very pleased with them for several years now, but I recently had an experience which prompted me to put them here on Yelp, where I see they have not had a presence until now.Having just returned from Croatia (again) and having had some issues with jewelry that I purchased as well as a pair of earrings I had from before which broke when I was there, I went over to Zina to ask them to repair the items. I spoke with Dorian, who took the items and told me she'd phone me with estimates when she was able to see the repair person. She phoned later that day and told me the prices. I agreed to 2 of them, but the 3rd was more than I wanted to pay, since the item had been so cheap to begin with, and I am currently unemployed and can't afford any excess spending. Dorian phoned me the very next day to tell me my items were ready, and I went over to pick them up. She then proceeded to tell me that because they so appreciated any and all business, no matter how small, they had gone ahead and fixed the 3rd item for me as well, free of charge! I was so blown away and grateful for the kindness, that tears came to my eyes. That's the kind of thing that rarely happens in LA, though it does happen in Croatia! I took my 3 items, perfectly repaired, and walked out of there a very happy camper, determined to praise them on Yelp this time, something I'd been wanting to do for years anyway. I was surprised to not find them on here, and I hope this beginning review will be the first of many from customers as happy as I am. Although I have never purchased any jewelry from them, I am always amazed at how beautiful the items they have for sale are, as well. One day when I'm not unemployed, hopefully I'll be able to purchase and wear some of their beautiful jewelry. For now, I could not be happier with the quality of their workmanship or their kindness.

Worst service. Dealt with a very rude salesperson. Simply wouldn't buy anything from there just because of the bad service.

This store is my go-to anytime I want to buy a gift for a friend, a hostess gift or a little something for myself. The staff is great and parking is easy

First place I go to when I need a gift of any kind, from jewelry to special pieces for the home. Quality is the best and very unique and people always are thrilled with the novelty of the pieces. It's a home run!!
