As you'd expect from Tiffany's: great customer service, professional care and signature pieces of jewelry that all make an elegant and classic statement. I found this new location easy to get to from the parking lot and the mall offers many other shopping and food options for your visit. I liked how I never felt pressured by the sales representative and she showed me options all within my specified budget, ultimately finding me a perfect piece that I hadn't even seen online.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. I really loved my experience with Tiffany & Co. at South Coast Plaza but at Westfield Century City? It was horrible and shocking. I must express that manager name Latasha demeanor was shockingly rude and dismissive, and she BEHAVED AS IF SHE WERE THE EMBODIMENT OF Tiffany & Co. Her attitude throughout the interaction was entirely unacceptable and disappointing. Due to the manager's discourteous and unhelpful behavior, I decided against requesting an exchange and instead requested a refund. The entire encounter left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question the level of customer service at a renowned establishment like Tiffany & Co. I believe that every customer should be treated with respect, understanding, and professionalism, regardless of the situation or issue they bring forward. Sadly, my experience at Westfield Century City location fell far short of these expectations.
