Quest visit: 3/29/24 Friday All these negative reviews are 100% accurate. I am relieved to see that the reviews reflect my terrible experience at this place. Nurse who checked me in confirmed the order that my doctor sent as a file and I wanted to make sure so I showed her the order again. And I later find out they did the wrong test!! They cannot even perform basic work. Id better get refund. I wasted my time and money for totally different test. Even though I showed them the order. Please dont waste your time. Avoid this place!!!

Quest lab is a good laboratory but the problem is that even with appointments the wait time is still to long. Someone like me has to leave my job to get there to get blood work done. I only have a 2 hour window. As soon as I am done, I have to rush to get back to work.

The person who took my blood was extremely good and no pain at all...very pleasant and polite with pretty knowledgeable of what he does.

Before visiting guest diagnostics, I read bad reviews about these laboratories and nurses, I was very upset and was even afraid to go there, BUT personally, my experience and the experience of my husband was wonderful! The staff was friendly and friendly, everything was done quickly, with minimal pain and with high quality, we will definitely take all the tests here!) We are very happy with everything!)
