I have worked with Michael Abrams for the better part of 10 years. I can say that in that time he has always been highly reliable and very talented mortgage broker. I first encountered Michael when I had a foreign national buyer who needed help. These loans are a little bit tougher than normal because often times buyer doesn't have a US Credit Score or file us tax returns. The loans are similar to an investment loan or second home loan that needs to be financed through a portfolio lender. The 10 percent down fixed rate loan programs there are so many of different options.

Michael is the kind of guy you would want working for you. He doesn't complicate things but instead simplifies them. If there's a loan out there suitable to your financial circumstances but no one can find it, Michael will. He's relentless, pushy (in a nice way) when he needs something from you, but when you see his efforts you want to provide for him asap as you know he's working so fast. He's made our family's dreams come true and for that we're extremely grateful.
