Dont go here!!! Absolutely HORRIFIC treatment of their patients. They called me to take a last minute appointment because I was on a wait list and I agreed. On the morning of, we had an emergency and in the scramble my husband took the car and I was unable to come because I had no way of coming. I thought that since I took a LAST minute spot and it was the FIRST time I could not make an appointment, I would not be charged their $75 cancellation fee!!!! I had been saving money for this treatment that I really need, and they didnt care at all. The woman on the phone was like mm well too bad, this is our strict policy, kept repeating it like a robot and no care to be like is everything ok? I understand if this was a second or third time, but Im a brand new patient, I took a wait list spot that they wouldnt have been able to fill anyways since it was last minute (and a 7:30am slot at that!) and there was no care, grace or empathy. This one is a new one, for me in terms of patient care for sure. Unless you absolutely have to, do not go here!

The therapists and staff at MOTI Playa Vista are exceptional! I was assigned to Dr Ricki Rosol and I couldn't have been happier with her professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. The new facility is large, comfortable, and has state of the art equipment.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jayme for my postpartum complications. She listened to my concerns, was very gentle considering how much pain I was in, and she educated me on her process of helping me every step of the way. She absolutely cares about her patients and is incredibly thorough. I cant say enough good things about her and the MOTI practice.

I went to another place 3x/week for 6 months with no improvement, felt an improvement in my pain, mobility + strength after 1 week of treatment at MOTI :)

MOTI Playa Del Rey is the place to go to recover! When I first came into the office to start PT and recover from my injury, I was nervous and worried about my long-term outlook. Dr. Christine greeted me with a warm, compassionate and energetic spirit and made me feel safe at MOTI and in her teams care. Over my year-long recovery, a non-surgical route, I was able not only to heal, and regain muscle but also work to rebuild my confidence to dance, hike, and be as mobile as I was prior. Along the way, I was able to learn and progress through different agility, cardio and strength training to build back my strength and mobility thanks to the plethora of equipment, tools and knowledge the Playa Del Rey Team possesses. I feel blessed to have been able to have the seamless recommendation to MOTI by my Sports Medicine Doctor. Their communication for where I was in my recovery and how I should progress helped understand how I need to show up/prepare mentally to try new things. I am grateful for the support and encouragement from the team to help me graduate and move to my next adventure. I am forever grateful to Dr. Christine, her trainers, and the admin staff for the way they collaborated and provided care to individuals based on their unique injury and their individual goals for recovery. If you need someone to get you back up and running, I would recommend this office.
