Walked in to have sunglasses worked on after purchasing 6 pairs of sunglasses. Julio refused to work on the sunglasses telling us it was "too busy" on the weekends to do a quick adjustment to the frames. He claimed it would be about 35minutes to do a repair when I had it done the week before in just 5. Unfortunate.

I had a pair of sunglasses that I needed fixed to wear for my grandmothers funeral because they were the biggest pair I owned. I was scrambling last minute to get them repaired. Sequoia assisted me me and she was the sweetest most helpful employee. She mentioned they didnt typically keep this type of screw in stock but she would try anyways and she worked on it until she fixed them! Her small act of kindness made my day when I needed it the most. Thank you so much Sequoia!

Sunglass hut is the worst company to purchase your sunglasses from!! Customer support is awful and they will not care about customers once you have purchased their products already. They will give you misleading information regarding purchases and refunds and send you home. Worst experience I have ever had.
